Premium one mailbox solution today

Easy to use one mailbox solutions with mutantmail.com? This is my first review ever. It’s due to amazing support.I love the idea behind Mutant Mail, got it up and running on a domain in 5 minute. My registrar wanted to charge me for email. Mutant Mail let’s me create a ton of my domains their own email addresses and reply all from the same gmail address without it looking like, well, I’m replying from a gmail address. Find additional info at all in one mailbox. Each email on our server passthrough Antivirus for Malware, Spyware and Virus scan. That’s on top of our spam/bot filter. Not only that, you can use our extensive rules to block spam at your account level.

Does this work with a regular gmail address or do I have to have a workspace account? It does work with a regular Gmail address, on any other including G-suite or workspace account. The only condition being destination/recipient/control e-mail id should be outside of Mutant Mail system, that can even be G-suite on a subdomain. During the Setup process it’s asking me to input a “real email address” that will be used as my forwarding address. Is this address changeable? Yes, it’s changeable. All you need to do is, add another email id in the “Recipient Inbox” tab and verify it. Then go to settings and mark it as default. After that, you can delete the old email id in the “Recipient Inbox” tab. The only condition is, none of the email ids should be used on any other Mutant Mail account.

Your Domains – Domains or custom domains come with various extension (.com, .net, .org etc) that are attached to your account on Mutant Mail and used to create aliases. You need to own a domain name to attach it to MutantMail. Domain names can be easily purchased from domain registrars such as namecheap, godaddy or hostinger. Monthly Bandwidth – It’s the amount of data that’s allowed to be transmitted per month. On Mutant Mail bandwidth is incremented each time an email is forwarded or a reply is sent (this is the data). Mutant Mail reset the bandwidth on 1st of every month. When an alias is deactivated or deleted emails sent to it do not count towards your bandwidth.

Can I keep using my domain on Google Workspace (G-Suite)? At a time only one server can accept mailbox related to any domain. But there is a workaround. You can have your main domain associated with mutant mail and a subdomain associated with your Google Workspace(G-Suite). That way Mutant Mail can route all admin, legal, anything @ example.com to your G-Suite control@inbox.example.com And of course, when you will reply to those emails from your subdomain, your domain email id will be shown to the recipient and not your subdomain.

However, if you utilize service from Mutant Mail. It comes with industry grade PGP and GPG keys, providing bulletproof encryption between Mutant Mail server and Your recipient email id. You just need to bring your own PGP/GPG key and add it in your dashboard on Mutant Mail. With PGP/GPG enabled, your recipient email id provider also, cannot read your emails and spy on you. Making the system foolproof. However, do remember, in case you lose your private key for PGP/GPG those emails cannot ever be recovered. In conclusion, using an email id with Mutant Mail is far better than email plus sign (+). Mutant Mail provides more security and privacy for your email communications. The encrypted email service is easy to use and helps protect your data from being intercepted or monitored by third-party services. If you are looking for a more secure and private way to communicate, then Mutant Mail is the right solution for you. See extra information on mutantmail.com.

What is the difference between the “Delete” and “Forget” actions for an email ID? The difference between Delete and Forget is due to the catch-all. The delete can be used even if catch-all is enabled. It’s a soft delete and a marker is kept in a database to ensure, the email id doesn’t automatically get created on the fly when a new email is sent to the deleted email id. Forget on the other hand is to completely delete the email id. If used, the email id and all its record are deleted from our database. But if it is being used on the catch-all enabled domain, the email id will be re-created on the fly as soon as it receives a new email. Forget option doesn’t contribute towards email id count, delete does, as a soft delete happens. We send detailed information on this via email and similar things on the third day of onboarding.
