What is the entry Sri Lanka eVisa ?

Tourism in Sri Lanka has been growing ever since the end of the civil war in 2009. The island country is quite beautiful despite the fact that its economy is not among the best in the world. The beauty of the country can largely be attributed to the natural lifestyles that the people have adopted, which includes covering the hills with large tea gardens.

However, for tourists who are willing to shed a few extra dollar bills from their pockets, there is an option to stay in high-end luxury hotels as well. This means that Sri Lanka has something to offer for all types of tourists, whether indoors or outdoors. From open tea plantations and high waterfalls to spas and pools, you will find everything in Sri Lanka. (E visa to Sri Lanka for US Citizens)

I applied for etourist visa for india online @ https:/tvoa.html. I didn’t have any issues with the application or payment process. I received approval the next day after submitting. My friend had issues submitting his application and decided to go to the Indian consulate in San Francisco, CA. They told him all applications for visa to India have to be done through the consulate and the etourist visa was unreliable. Not sure what to think, but I’ll stick with etourist visa and bring all the visa approval emails I received with me when I travel next week. The consulate took my friends passport and said they’ll mail it back to him in 5-7 days.

We simply handed them over along with our passports and within about 2 or 3 mins were waved through. Have a great trip!
